50 chairs or more? Order as usual and we’ll contact you to arrange transport and shipping.
How to Pay
We accept GCash and any banking or e-wallet app that scans QR Ph (InstaPay). We don’t offer cash on delivery.
- Add your chairs to the bag and check out. Choose your delivery option and “GCash / QR Ph (InstaPay)” as the payment method.
- Scan the QR code below with GCash or your bank app and pay the exact order total.
- Reply to your order confirmation email with your payment reference number.
- Once we confirm your payment, we deliver orders within Davao City, ship through J&T Express (for beyond Davao City), or let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.

How does “buy 10, get 1 free” work?
For every 10 chairs of the same colour, you get 1 extra chair of that colour free. Order 10 and we deliver 11; order 20 and we deliver 22. You pay ₱525 for each of the chairs you order, and the free chairs are added when we pack your order.
Can I mix colours to reach 10?
No. The free chair is counted per colour. For example, 10 Citron gets 1 free Citron, but 5 Citron and 5 Lime don’t qualify.
How much is delivery?
Within Davao City we deliver with our own vehicle for a flat fee per order, from ₱100 for 1–5 chairs. Outside Davao City we ship by J&T Express, in boxes of up to 5 chairs, and the exact fee shows at checkout. Pick-up in Bajada is free. For 50 or more chairs, we contact you to arrange transport.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick-up is free. Choose “Free Pick-Up” at checkout and collect your chairs from J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City (across Seda Hotel, formerly Bajada Night Market) once we tell you they’re ready.
How do I pay?
Pay with GCash or any bank or e-wallet app that scans QR Ph. Scan our QR code, pay the exact total and send us your reference number. We don’t offer cash on delivery.
Can the chairs be used outdoors?
Yes. The Nordic Chair is made for indoor and outdoor use, and the chairs stack for easy storage.
Do you take large orders for events or businesses?
Yes. Order online as usual. For 50 or more chairs, we contact you to arrange transport and shipping.

Orders and prices
All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for the chairs. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
We accept GCash and QR Ph (InstaPay) payments. Your order is confirmed once we have verified your payment. We don’t offer cash on delivery. If we can’t verify a payment, we’ll contact you before cancelling the order.
Buy 10, get 1 free
For every 10 chairs of the same colour in one order, we include 1 extra chair of that colour at no charge. Colours can’t be combined to reach 10. Free chairs have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for a refund.
Orders of 50 chairs or more
For orders of 50 chairs or more, we contact you to agree on transport and shipping before your order is dispatched.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel before your order is dispatched or collected by emailing [email protected]. If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund the full amount to the account you paid from.
Your rights
These terms don’t limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
Shipping and Pick-up
Delivery options
- Davao City delivery: we deliver with our own vehicle for a flat fee per order (₱100 for 1–5 chairs, ₱300 for 6–10, ₱350 for 11–20, ₱550 for 21–30). For 31 chairs or more, we contact you to arrange delivery.
- Free Pick-Up: collect your order from our pick-up point on J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City (across Seda Hotel, formerly Bajada Night Market). We’ll message you when it’s ready.
- Delivery for Other Locations: we ship by J&T Express from Davao City. In boxes of up to 5 chairs: ₱200 for one chair plus ₱75 for each additional chair (₱500 for a full box of 5). The exact fee is shown at checkout.
- 50 chairs or more: we contact you to arrange transport and shipping.
When we ship
We prepare your order after your payment is confirmed. For J&T deliveries, we email you the tracking number. Delivery times depend on your location and J&T’s schedule.
Delivery fees can change
Fees may be updated when fuel and courier rates change. The fee shown at checkout is the fee you pay for that order.
Receiving your order
Please check your chairs when they arrive. If anything is missing or damaged, tell us within 7 days (see Returns and refunds).
Returns and refunds
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If a chair arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn’t the colour you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the problem. We’ll replace the chair or refund it, and cover the return cost.
Change of mind
We don’t accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered or collected, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the GCash or bank account you paid from, usually within 7 working days of approval.
Your rights
This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
Privacy policy
Goodluck Plastic Global Venture, Inc. respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and payment reference number.

Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with the services that run our shop and deliver your order: Ecwid by Lightspeed (online store and checkout), J&T Express (deliveries outside Davao City) and your payment provider. We don’t sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, and accounting and tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
